Our marketing will often present opportunities that we don't wish to pursue, but may be just what another investor is looking for. (if it involves rehabbing... it's all yours!) This could be houses, land or notes. 

These opportunities don't usually make it to market before they sell, because  our F.L.I.P.* members get first dibs. When you're a F.L.I.P.* member, you get first opportunity when off-market properties become available.
